I offer group therapy as a safe and supportive space for connection, reflection, and healing within the community. The topics for each group may vary and can include trauma recovery, DBT informed by trauma and neurodiversity, support for LGBTQ+ identities, mindfulness practices, identity formation, and avenues for creative expression.
Each session is designed to foster openness and understanding, allowing participants to share their experiences and learn from one another.
